Right now I’m in Amsterdam. Been travelling a little bit lately. This time I need to clear some meetings and will be back in Barcelona saturday.
Whats goig on in the U.S? All my homies sound super happy with the Obama victory. Some even call themselves “psychics” because they announced his victory time ago. Well, for those following the blog, you know I also felt this man would bring change to a country that needs it, but we will see. His vicepresident is a dinosaur coming from the “old” system that Obama wants to chage, and how will you change something you are already sitting in (His vicepresident)? I wish the best change to the US homies…

Worldwide new catalog is in its final stage and nearly ready to go.
The drop of the catalog aswell as shops getting their catalogs to send orders in will be soon, really soon. New designs Im really happy with, classic designs with more colors (Something I never gave the option to customers) and a nice collabo T-Shirt is what will be offered. The shipping of the catalog will be done at the same time my article drops in UNO magazine, with who I have worked on a special edition T-Shirt that will drop before the end of the year.
So… exciting news, lots of things going on… please stay tuned for more.

Getting ready for an article on Worldwide for national media. And had to make the photoshooting for it.
When you take all your photographic equipment after some time of not using it, gather the crew in the street, and you find a concert where you told everyone to meet, rain begins to pour… you gotta move indoors, and this is what we did: Moved to my house and did the photo shooting there. Had to get all the homies from the Worldwide family together, get tees, get lights on… the whole set, but the photos came out amazingly good, and hopefully will come out a nice feature.
And then headed to a bday dinner…

Halloween

Its been around 2 years I have spent the U.S famous party in the States. This year was somehow special.
With a 1st time in Spain celebrating this holiday, looks like spanish people is lately going full mode with the day of the dead costume thing.
I couldnt be less, and me and my partner in crime decided to be the “Waynes World” characters. We even made it in blogs like this…
Other in the crew decided to be “the porno zebra”…
… the “Foreign family” fan…
… the super happy guy with a wig (In this pic world famous “Xeli” with a happy face and a crazy good looking outfit)…
…and of course during the night, we saw heavy metal guys with fake bellys, druggies, booze inducted costumes, clockwork orange ladies, and everything you could see any Halloween in the States, or here or there…

…oh, and Uma Thurman (A.k.a Tamia), and the guys who ruled the night! Didnt you know Wayne wore a Supreme hat or what?

From skate session to skate session is all good. Great footage and good times.
And todays “skate session”, because of the heavy rain in Spain…
…and Apple must think the rain Im hearing is not real, or maybe the flooded areas close to Madrid dont exist, because the widget says its…eclipse in Madrid, and is sunny as hell for the whole week.
Thats interesting also to note, the stocks. Everything in green. Yeah right.
I bought Apple stock last week and this bitch is dropping every day. Thanks Mr Bush and everyone who helped this “crisis” fuck my Apple stocks and economy in general.

Madrid

I will be stuck in madrid, the capital of Spain for about a week. Photos, videos, skateboarding, cars and fun (And some stress in the middle).
Have been trying the d90 from Nikon, my new toy. I like it. I was used to heavy bodies from Nikon like the F5, or the D2H (First digi camera I bought years ago). This one is not heavy, feels like plastic, but the quality of the photos is great and the video thing is great. Its not perfect, dont expect 3CCD camera quality here, but enough to have fun and be able to film some nice stuff. I even tried skateboarding today…

Well, most of you know Im an avid fan of technology.
Once upon a time, somebody was telling me about the wonders of the Iphone, and I just couldnt be envious enough.
Thing is, I have a terrible thing when it comes to gadgets: I need to try them all and see if they “work” for me. I have tried several Blackberries, phones, Nokias, iphone, the this, the that… I have chosen what works for me and what not, and I have chosen the Blackberry over the trillion phones I have tried. Nothing new, I know, as some of you also have Blackberries.
For some reason, after the touch thing of the Iphone, the “berry” realized it had to evolve and do something new and “crazy” (not yet folks, not yet), and pushed its devices to be better, bigger and bolder. Welcome Blackberry Bold.
I got my hands on one of these beauties today in the shape of an evaluation unit I will be testing for one month, write an article about it and enjoy its great advantages (GPS, wifi, better camera, video recorder, amazing screen, qwerty keyboard) aswell as being the envy of my colleagues…
So far, this phone is great, I found myself with the phone in hand for a whole day. Crazy. More updates after I test this candy.

I met John years ago I think in Los Angeles, or maybe at Bread and Butter trade show in my city, Barcelona (Some people still emails me asking me if Im american…) then met him again in L.A (thats for sure), and well, pretty much I assume he launched a new website.
I consider John a true streetwear passionate guy, without the whole New Era-jeans-new shoes aesthetics, and a whole lot of passion, dedication and humble spirit altogether. And new toys. The new D90 from Nikon. Now to the arsenal: The Hasselblad 500cm, the Hasselblad Xpan, Nikon D2H, Polaroid 600 x2, Fuji Instax mini, Instax 200, Nikon F5, Yashica T4, Olympus Mj2, and now…this amazing toy from Nikon digital realm.
All I can say is that I tried it just for 5 minutes, and I have been amazed by the quality and the ease of use of the camera. And it records video! And at HD quality. Amazing. Will keep shooting.
And now more than ever. Photography, after years of “sleeping mode”, is back on full effect.

So the secret guy or girl who emailed me about his or her porn webpage, talking about statues and trying his english with the emails, emailed again in disbelief I had posted the link to his or her page, and amazed that I talked about the email sent.
Now Im considered a hero, and he/she a fan.
How crazy is that?
To top it off, I even got another pic of a human statue in Rome, with some hot girl looking somewhere else.
This email thing is getting more interesting by the minute…

Im a big fan of good advertisement. The fact of watching an ad and just “feeling” something, is a magical moment, a magical touch that few things can achieve. This ad just did that.
For those of you who travel around the world, or just travel around and find yourselves in different cities, cultures,or moments, will agree with me how amazing this ad is.
Its from Louis Vuitton. I wont spend 6k euros on some luggage bag, but the whole “experience” that the ad describes is… watch it.

Lots of things going on. Craze at office number 1. And a lot of shit to be done before the 27th this month.
Getting interviewed for a national magazine and need to go through some photoshootings that I begin tomorrow. The theme cant be better. Just wait and see.

And yeah, this is Ramblas, still one of the strangest streets in the world, and polluted by these statues. These “statues” can make up to 1500 euros a month! Thats more then $2.000 just doing nothing. Thats Spain baby…
Crazy scheulde til the end of the year, but exciting times.
Watching “extreme” events in the weekend. Oh well… Crappy event thou. Trying to be ESPN doesnt make it over here.
